Brilliant experience, we were booked for 7.15 collection last night, the driver called us as a courtesy call as had dropped some one at our Collection point earlier, so we took him up on his offer, very courteous, polite and enthusiastic chap. Then on return journey we were earlier than expected, but not trouble they had a car to us in minutes, again with a very polite driver. Totally superb all the way through and very fair prices.

We have always used Excelsior taxis for our annual ski holiday to take us to Heathrow. This year Adam was our driver, and he was very prompt. He was so helpful re packing the car with loads of bags plus ski tube and the journey just flew by as we were all able to enjoy a really friendly chat and a few laughs!!! At Terminal 5 Adam parked and then very kindly helped us take all our luggage to check in, making a potentially challenging job, so much easier. It was a pleasure to start our holiday with Adam and we would highly recommend Excelsior Taxis for any journey, long-distance or local!! Thank you Adam and all the team!

A first rate service, we used this company for a long distance trip from Hook Norton to Yorkshire and the customer service was first class. The driver was very friendly and we travelled in a very comfortable estate car and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Kids missed bus this morning. Called company. They were brilliant, explained obviously busy as school runs. Said it would be 9, called back to say can get to us earlier. Arrived even earlier. Very nice driver, kids loved journey. Said car was luxurious. Only problem now is they want to go with Excelsior every day. Thank you for the rescue.

Credit given where credit is due, we called this company today in a desperate last minute bid to get taxi from Kingham to Cardiff as the trains were cancelled. I spoke with a lovely man who initially said that he didn't have any drivers available and helped with recommending alternative taxis numbers unfortunately no one was answering, being alone and I desperate to get to see my daughter I called them again in the hope that by chance there would have been a cancellation and to my relief I was in luck. They managed to get to me within a few minutes and the lovely lady drove me all the way to Cardiff. What a fantastic service, the man in the office was extremely helpful and the driver was fantastic company. Highly Recommended.
